How do you reset things from an elected official position? How do we put people into positions where the changes we need to be made will be executed accordingly? How do we help the situation for the benefit of all peoples? How do we instill a new mindset into our elected officials from a spiritual standpoint? Why can people not step outside of their formal education and make some decisions that will have a significant effect? Use your knowledge and gifts from God to implement change…What is it about people that makes them so ignorant to the truth for real solutions?

Systemic non-reversible solutions are needed to resolve our problematic situations. We should consider the effects of systematic change as a real solution to our problematic situation. Systematic change is true transformation of the system as a whole and is non-reversible.

Understanding systems requires great effort to learn.

If we base our systematic change upon Biblical precepts, what will the results be? Be aware that there are various types of systems, each with many aspects or component parts, and interconnections; there is the issue of scale and scope (breadth, length, height, and depth).

Ephesians 3:17-20

“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ (giving up his entire life…) which passeth knowledge (of the world), that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the Power that (He will provide) that worketh in us, unto him be glory  in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end (New Heavens and New Earth). Amen.”

 

“For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man; so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Ephesians 3:14-21 (nasb)

As specialists it is your job to instill this knowledge into your companies and organizations. Teach your employees and employers what to look for in order to stimulate real growth within your businesses or even better, to come up with a solution that reduces or Eliminates the power of the systemEnvision the Kingdom of God….Believe…The systematic change that must take place relies on instilling new understanding into discovering solutions for the real problems that we face from an operational standpoint.

The notion of leverage points is characteristic of systems thinking and represents critical aspects of systems that offer potential to initiate transitional systematic change. There are two leverage points that are critical aspects of complex systems: 1) sensitivity to initial conditions and 2) positive feedback.

First, sensitivity to initial conditions refers to the characteristic of dynamical systems, in which a small input or change in the initial condition can/will achieve a large output or result. (What do we represent?) How are we able to do away with the worldly mind set and establish a way of life that is pleasing to God…?

Second, positive feedback refers to increasing returns or success to the successful.

Without understanding the particular problems within a particular system it would be impossible to put great effort into changing the wrong component. We must first understand the origin of the problem and be careful not to achieve only a small output/result. Or even worse, we must be sure not to increase the original problem, and/or complicate the addition of new problems or issues. In many cases we see the result of unintended consequences, which is so prevalent within society today.

 

Making a small or minor change in initial conditions can allow room for new positive feedback and a situation in which getting provides the ideal conditions to get more.

From a business standpoint whether this is beneficial or detrimental is to be taken into consideration. Positive feedback refers to the cycle of increasing returns in terms of quantity, and is not qualitative (good or bad). Feedback is essential here to understanding the hearts and minds of a company and a systematic team. If we can rely on this feedback and implement a small change from into the mindset of all parties involved, we will begin to see real results. Negative feedback or constructive criticism is a must as well within a system, for there is a great demand for constructive criticism to be heard. Negative feedback is self regulating and self balancing.

To achieve true sustainability and resilience requires systemic solutions to our eco/socioeconomic issues.

 

What we are discussing is how to use our business minds combined with God’s ideology…

We need solutions that will implement systemic or non-reversible changes. We need transitional change, which will inevitably achieve a new transformation to a new sustainable form of society. This should be at the core of our mission statement in order to achieve new and real results. We need to be designing real solutions and dissecting systems as a whole in order to gain a greater understanding of the systems. If we can obtain an understanding, we can address the crucial leverage point. This amount of learning will allow us to change the initial conditions that currently exist and will set about a positive feedback of understanding with which society may actually progress in designing new systems.

The small change of initial condition in terms of learning about complex systems sets in play an essential positive feedback of understanding. This becomes a non-reversible transitional change of the complex adaptive neural system of your mind. This

allows for the transformation of learning and understanding, which one could not grasp beforehand.

Learning about complex systems and systematic change is an instance of initial condition sensitivity that sets into play the opportunity to achieve new learning and understanding. The key here is that the new information and understanding is correct from a moral standpoint. When I speak of morality, I am referring to a movement toward understanding Biblical law and precepts. By using the truth behind the morality that is taught in the Bible, we will see a transformation take place within society that will influence it as a whole.

By amending the systematic change into a morally correct understanding, from the correct pretense, we will see drastic changes within various systems. We must be sure to instill the correct amount of change within society in order to allow for the quantum leap toward a sustainable society.
