The Sword of The Spirit: The Sound of Many Waters

Chapter: Stargate-Sunstone (Pages 115-116)

The more carefully we analyze the symbolic nature of the cross the more we begin to understand that the cross symbolizes the death of Christ. The Bright Morning Star symbolizes the Risen Christ. The risen Christ is also symbolized by light and the sun.

Having seen many churches and cathedrals over the course of my lifetime I have come to understand that by wearing a cross or using it as a symbol we do not fully understand the death and resurrection of Jesus. The death and resurrection of Jesus was not a one time sacrifice. Anyone who believes that Jesus’ death was quick and simple is not paying attention. The depth of Jesus’ Crucifixion is known only by the Father and those who have been blessed with the Hidden Manna from heaven. The death of Christ can be understood as becoming a sacrifice in sinful flesh due to the fall of man and the sin of the world.

As we consider churches and synagogues we must know that not all people in the congregation understand this aspect of the crucifixion. It is our job to inform our congregations of the truth. The truth stands in the fact that the Bible directly communicates the message of resurrection. If one were to paint a picture of the idea of “resurrection” what would it look like? Think long and hard about this concept. This will help to discern churches that have been converted and those that remain true to Christ.

If I were to paint a picture of the resurrected Christ I would refer to the book of Revelation. The Book of Revelation gives us all of the clues that we need to understand the true nature of Jesus. A circle symbolizes life and rebirth. A burst of life symbolizes resurrection. Let us reflect back to the ancient days and to masonry that portrayed the actual resurrection.

Any pastor that tells you otherwise in regards to the meaning of the cross needs to be asked about how we are to symbolize the resurrection. This will help you to know who is informing you of the truth and who is misinforming you. It is each persons job to discover the difference between the spirit of truth and the spirit of error. (Most Importantly, those who preach Revelation correctly and not in a misleading way…)
Know this, many churches have converted to Islam, as it is the primary and fastest growing religion in the world, deceiving the masses. This is the testing that the entire world is currently facing.

The cross symbolizes the death of Christ. But in history the cross, in many ways, symbolized persecution. So, it would be God’s idea to create a symbol (Possibly Hidden in the Word of God) of rebirth and resurrection as opposed to a symbol that has been used in so many different ways over thousands of years…

It is important to know that Jesus is the Holy Temple by which we find our ability to learn and grow according to God’s Word. Consider ancient temples and churches and the domes that were used in early Christian art and architecture. Beautiful art depictions and freemasonry. Greece is a great place to research the history of the dome in regards to Christianity…

1 Corinthians 1:22-24 “For indeed Jews ask for signs, and Greeks search for wisdom; but we preach Christ crucified, to Jews a stumbling block, and to Gentiles foolishness, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.”

Leap of Faith: Daily Lessons About Jesus Christ

Chapter: Ancient Artifacts (Pages 37-39)

Artifacts of Mesopotamia point to the meaning of the eye that houses the stars.
Flowers from the baobab blooms become fruit. The flower of the baobab tree eventually became the symbol of the fruit of life adopted by the Cabala and Gnostics. A baobab flower represented as the flower of life used by many schools and the fleur de lis symbol of the French later evolved to become the Roman Catholic Church’s crusade symbol of the cross.

The symbol of the Rosy cross that was used by Rosicrucian and connected the Freemasons after the crucifixion of Jesus as a sacred symbol replacing the baobab flower used earlier and the lotus of the seventh energy center.

Could it be that Jesus later became remembered as the rose symbol from a lovely blooming bush with thorns? The Rosicrucian movement heralded the truths of those going against the grain of traditional religion with some persecution by religion, and therefore suffered, symbolized as the rose Christ symbol persecuted. Use this point for discernment.

During the time of the Knights Templar, the red cross was used as a symbol of martyrdom where the skewed Christhood protectionism that paradoxically ostracized the original free conceptualizers that held more of the Christhood ideal than the martyrdom red cross bearing Templar Knights that begot the religious crusades. The one point to be made is that Christianity teaches peace. It was never intended to result in bloodshed or war. It was meant to establish peace.

In regards to the government…

“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing it and upholding it with justice and righteousness from the time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish this.”

Isaiah 9:6-7 (niv)

If we reflect back to the David Livingstone Church in Zanzibar, we see the original design of the baobab flower, represented as the tree of life, and a red cross painted over it from the crusades and the persecution of the church. After a time the purple center in the middle was painted over the red cross at the cross section. This once again completed the symbol for the tree of life bearing twelve fruits. The truth is that this was due to a battle of political control. The church was suffering from a time when there was much persecution. The politics corrupted the church, and people died due to the battle for control. This was completely against God’s will. He never intended for the church to be a war of political control. God was clear in His law that He ordained through Moses of how to create a society that would thrive. In many cases the pope of the Roman Catholic Church, during the Crusades, would order that Arab slaves be killed due to politics (wealth and land) and absolute persecution. Do you see where the problem arose?

The truth behind the “David Livingstone” (Pay Attention to Names) Church is that of all the churches that I have studied; this symbol is not one to be forgotten. It is one to be studied to find answers. It should bring to light things that are hidden. It should help both people of Islamic faith and Christian faith to find some answers. This is one of the keys.

Use the book of Revelation as a reference.

And he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. And on either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Revelation 22:1-2 (nasb) (emphasis added)

I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the bright Morning Star.

Revelation 22:16 (niv)
