God’s Secret: Disclosing God’s Hidden Truths of the Bible
Chapter: Most Upright (Pages 60…-65)
Key Reference: John 5:22-23 (Revealing All Things…Nothing will be hidden in the End…)
“For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed “all judgment” unto the Son: that all men should Honour the Son, even as they Honor the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him…”
Key Note: The Father and Son Communicate on a different level…not of this world…Children are much smarter than you think…just imagine the brilliance of the Son of God…as a child…
READ 2 Peter 1:19-21:
We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts (Just as the Son arises within the Father’s Heart and He tells His Father EVERYTHING…) Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. (NIV)
READ 2 Peter 2:1
But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Sovereign Lord who bought them- bringing swift destruction upon themselves. (NIV)
READ 2 Peter 2:4-6:
For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but sent them to hell, putting them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment; if he did not spare the ancient world when he brought the flood on its ungodly people, but protected Noah, a preacher of righteousness, and seven others; if he condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah by burning them to ashes, and made them an example of what is going to happen to the ungodly. (NIV)
READ 2 Peter 2:10-12
Bold and arrogant, they are not afraid to heap abuse on celestial beings; yet even angels, although they are stronger and more powerful, do not heap abuse on such beings when bringing judgment on them from the Lord. But these people blaspheme in matters they do not under- stand. (NIV)
It is important to remember that at the coming of Christ, there will be justice for the righteous and an end to the ungodly. This is God’s swift redemption that is promised and foretold by the Holy Prophets. In our world today, there are as many prophets as there were in biblical times. Knowing the difference between a false prophet and a messenger of God is a must in perilous times. We must know that there are many fallen angels whose goal is to destroy God’s creation. For these angels that seek out destruction as opposed to discernment, their place is in the lake of fire. There is no excuse for causing strife, worry, anxiety, and destruction. For in the end, God will dwell among his people and they will follow Him wherever He goes. This is prophecy.
A new heaven and a new Earth will be established or created, and it will be a place where God reigns and where there is no end to His truth. In His Son, we find the living and breathing Word of God. This is what we have long awaited. Knowing what the phrase, “A Thief in The Night,” truly means is critical to understanding the new creation. The “Gate for the Sheep,” is also very important in knowing how God’s people come and go (It surely must be overwhelming to witness the gate opening and closing…How might we perceive this or understand this concept of God?). In the end, there will be no church that follows God’s truth and knows God’s Son. This is how one must interpret this piece of scripture and understand what God means when He says this. He is warning people that, even though Jesus is in the world, and the world was created by Him and for Him, pastors may not recognize Jesus. It is important to not fall into deceptive traps set out by false prophets. Trust in the words of God in the Book of Revelation and know that these events are unfolding as we speak. Jesus is the Savior that we have awaited and many have already come to Him and discovered eternal life. Many have already discovered the gate for the sheep and understand what the phrase “A Thief In the Night,” means. It is our job to spread the Word to others and to bring all peoples of all tribes together to Jesus in order that we may be a part of the new heavens and new Earth. Do not be part of the ungodly and adhere to the words written in the Bible.
Key Point: God’s timing is very sensitive…
