Removing the Veil

Truth Revealed By God

Chapter: Jehovah-Yahweh (Pages 15-17)

READ Revelation 21:1-4. And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He shall dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself shall be among them, and He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall no longer be any death; there shall no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away (NASB).

Reading and abiding by the commandments of Moses are the veil that covers our heart. When the veil is removed, all is revealed and God gives us liberty through His Spirit. In each city across the world, there ought to be an event taking place in which all people look in the mirror and see themselves being transformed into the glory of God. For one day, this will be the world that we live in, a new earth. We all want to be a part of the new creation and each fulfill our role as a servant of God, demonstrating His glory through our works.

God’s Secret: Disclosing God’s Hidden Truths of the Bible

Chapter: King Eternal (Pages 13-16)

READ Joel 2:28-32:

Then, after doing all those things, I will pour out my Spirit upon all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy. Your old me will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants-men and women alike. And I will cause wonders in the heavens and on the earth-blood and fire and columns of smoke. The sun will become dark, and the moon will turn blood red before that great and terrible day of the LORD arrives. But everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved, for some on Mount Zion in Jerusalem will escape, just as the Lord has said. These will be among the survivors whom the Lord has called. (J. NLT)

READ Luke 21:29-36:

The he gave them this illustration: “Notice the fig tree, or any other tree. When the leaves come out, you know without being told that summer is near. In the same way, when you see all these things taking place, you can know that the Kingdom of God is near. I tell you the truth, this generation will not pass from the scene until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear. Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don’t let that day catch you unaware, like a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man. (J. NLT)

As we look to God for guidance, we are to remember that in the last days God will pour out his spirit upon all of those who seek him diligently with their whole hearts. God will be the one to guide us into the direction of Jesus before the world goes into utter chaos. We are to walk in the footsteps of Jesus and into his body, as we see him in his divine state. How do we know him from the false prophets and messiahs? We know him because of the truth that he reveals and by his actions as God incarnate. He has the Holy Spirit within him and will not lead us astray, as the false prophets and messiahs have in the past and present. Look to all the clues that reveal him and his true nature. He is fully human and one to whom we can put our trust for ultimate protection. He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end…
