The Powers of Heaven

God’s Secret: Disclosing God’s Hidden Truths of the Bible

Chapter: Redeemer (Pages 103-108…)

READ Psalm 19:1-8

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, which is a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run

a race. His going forth is from the end of heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple. The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes. (Concordance Bible)

DEVOTIONAL

(Key To Understanding) “The voice of God is one that is heard throughout the entire world!”

The voice that we have to guide us is one that we find in our meditation and while reading the Word of God. By quietly meditating, we are able to hear God and be filled with His spirit. The revelations that come from God are sometimes very quiet. This is part of understanding God. In most cases throughout history, God’s voice has been very quiet and most of His revelations have been in secret. This has happened up until the point of the Son of God coming to boldly reveal the truth. This boldness may come through writing and battles in heavenly realms. (For the Angels of God understand in full…) He will make known to all the truth of the Son of God. The power of God is for his voice to be heard unto the ends of the Earth and throughout all of the heavens. Just by speaking, God will transform the world. The transformation that we are looking for is going to happen when all prophecy has been fulfilled. The circuit that God works is one that goes out into all of the Earth. His work echoes for all to hear and experience. The basic premise of God is to make the simple wise and full of grace and truth, for the simple are some of the most godly people.

God is simple and wise in his ways. He does not intend to make things complicated or confusing. God is full of discernment. Running the race for the heart of the Lord is what life is all about, and will help you recognize where the true battles are fought. This is how it is in our present world.

Matthew 13:43: “Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.” (Concordance Bible)

We should live our lives shining forth as the righteous. The sun (Righteous), again, plays a very significant role in understanding the brilliance of God and the Son of God.

Matthew 13:44-45:

The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all that he had and bought that field. Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it. (Concordance Bible)

If you were to discover the kingdom of heaven, wouldn’t you want to move to where you found it? In the end of days, many who are seeking God will find the kingdom of heaven. The powers of the kingdom of heaven will be what control the world. The battles in heavenly realms will be where the true battle is fought and where we should understand the controlling force to be. Remember the powers of the heavens will be shaken, but the Son of God will stand and overcome all adversity. Do not be afraid. Be full of confidence that God will fulfill His purpose and reconcile His people.
