Truth Revealed By God

Chapter: Lord Of Harvest (Pages 38-41)

READ Revelation 13:11-18:

And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence. And he makes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose fatal wound was healed. And he performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down out of heaven to the earth in the presence of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth because of the signs which it was given to him to perform in the presence of the Beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the Beast who had the wound of the sword and has come to life. And there was given to him to give breath to the image of, that the image of the Beast might even speak and cause as many as do not worship the image of the Beast to be killed. And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand, or on their forehead, and he provides that no one should be able to buy or sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the Beast or the number of his name. Here is the wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the Beast, for the number is that of a man; and his number is six hundred and sixty-six. (J. NLT)

DEVOTIONAL

It is critical in reading this scripture that we remember that “he” may also be defined as “she”. The Beast can take the form of a woman or a man, and we know that this is the same with angels. The power given to the Beast allows for it to transform into a man or a woman. You see, the Great Harlot that rides the Beast is one entity…This is supernatural understanding and comprehension…We can understand this depiction or illustration by the union of a man and a woman when married and bonded by the Holy Spirit (The same type of connection but much more powerful and pure…) This is the truth that is hidden from most readers of this scripture. The plan of the Harlot and the Beast was to take away what belonged or belongs to God…At the Coming of the Christ we see Jesus rightfully reclaiming what belonged to him from the beginning…If I were to think a great book to write, an interesting story to write would be about Jesus and the Holy Angels versus the Beast and the Great Harlot…For all the world must know that this battle was and has been very real up until the Final Day…One must be aware of this power in order to resist and overcome the ways of the Devil. This part of prophecy requires us to be aware of this absolute, for the Devil can take the form of either a man or a woman. This is how the vast amount of manipulation has taken place over the course of time…This is why interpreting scripture can become so misleading, and this is also how the Devil prowls about unseen by those that are unaware. Being fully aware of this fact helps us gain insight and understanding. Remember that Jesus knows all of this and will fulfill His promise to overcome the Beast, and this entity… Prophecy has made it very clear.

Hold thy desperate hand.
Art thou a man? Thy form cries out thou art.
Thy tears are womanish. Thy wild acts denote
The unreasonable fury of a beast.
Unseemly woman in a seeming man,
And ill-beseeming beast in seeming both!
Thou hast amazed me. By my holy order,
I thought thy disposition better tempered.
Hast thou slain Tybalt? Wilt thou slay thyself,
And slay thy lady that in thy life lives
By doing damnèd hate upon thyself?
Why rail’st thou on thy birth, the heaven, and earth?
Since birth and heaven and earth, all three do meet
In thee at once, which thou at once wouldst lose?
Fie, fie, thou shamest thy shape, thy love, thy wit,
Which, like a usurer, abound’st in all
And usest none in that true use indeed
Which should bedeck thy shape, thy love, thy wit.
Thy noble shape is but a form of wax,
Digressing from the valor of a man;
Thy dear love sworn but hollow “perjury”,
Killing that love which thou hast vowed to cherish;
We are able to associate these words by Shakespeare with the nature of the Great Harlot and the Beast…
